1. We're not with the certain ones we love (for me it was my sister)
2. We don't have any fancy plans like it seem everyone else does on their birthday
3. We are not having a huge party (like with a photo booth or something awesome)
4. Too many other things are going on in our lives, that are birthday doesn't feel so special
Well, I woke up and didn't have any plans for my birthday, the plans we did have didn't work out...so I was not so excited...
Then my mama showed up with a "party in her car"....she brought me the awesome, Red Velvet Birthday Day cake with my favorite Coffee ice cream.
She bought eclairs, which are my 2nd favorite pastry next to Cheese Danishes!
She brought pizza, a birthday balloon and all the little boxes of presents that her and the kids had gone and picked out....
Ellie's card was hilarious! And she had some wonderful scribbles that are priceless!
And here's a wrist full of my gifts...Each one of my little ones picked these out:
Alani got me the camo-stud headband, Ellie got me the rose bracelet, Blakey got me the British-themed bracelet...
My birthday was filled with nothing fancy, no parties, or even a big dinner, my mom made us all "Birthday Bean And Cheese Burritos"...
but it was filled with more love from my precious little people, and my big Jordan, who wrote me the sweetest card!
Sometimes life is not made up by the "big moments" we think we are missing, but made up in the little moments that are priceless and amazing.
Little diamonds cause big sparkles....
and all my little diamonds filled my day with so many sparkles...
and all of you filled my heart with so much love and joy reading all your birthday love...
you have no idea how much it mean to my heart!
