Kandee's Super Smoothie Recipe

 This is probably one of my most requested videos for years now! And finally I made a video for how to make my favorite (I've been drinking this for breakfast for years and years now!) LOOK GOOD, FEEL GOOD SMOOTHIE! WATCH IT BELOWWWWWWW.......
NOW COME MAKE IT WITH ME ~


WARNING: side effects of drinking this can cause your skin to look absolutely amazing
*you may feel better than you have in years
*you also might have more energy than you've had in a long time
*you also might notice you lose some jiggle from places that might have some un-wanted jiggle
*and you might notice you are not craving an entire tray of lasagna by lunch time

Here's what you're going to need:
(I'll give you some substitutes below too)
Time it will take until your drinking this: about 3 minutes
(can you spot the difference)
 WHAT YOU NEED: a blender, I use my most favorite kitchen appliance ever, my VITA-MIX, I use it everyday to make my smoothies, make soup, make the best PESTO sauce I've ever had, I have the Vita-Mix 5200, they also have an "entry level" Vita-Mix, you can use a regular blender too, but that's what I have!
This super smoothie, is all Vegan, all natural, packed with nutrients to make you look and feel great, and full of soy-free protein.

In a blender pour:
1 cup (237 ml)  COCONUT MILK ~So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk
*1 cup per person you're making smoothies for 1 cup = 1 person 

1/2-1/4 cup (56.7-113g) whatever thickness you prefer COCONUT MILK YOGURT~ So Delicious Vanilla Yogurt

1 Tablespoon (14g) COCONUT OIL ~ Nutiva Coconut Oil 

1/4- 1/2 cup (56.7-113g) FROZEN BLUEBERRIES 

1 Scoop of PROTEIN POWDER ~  PLANT FUSION Protein Powder

1 Handful of fresh Spinach leaves

1 pack of ACAI ~  Sambazon Frozen Acai ( I get mine at Whole Foods or you can buy them in bulk HERE)

3-4 leaves of Kale ~ I like Lacinato Kale or "Dinosaur" Kale, it's less bitter than other kale. 

1 small tangerine or orange (peeled ofcourse) 
OR
A splash of  Blood Orange Juice (is my favorite) or you could use plain Orange Juice

Things you could substitute:
COCONUT MILK - you could use regular milk or almond milk
COCONUT YOGURT- you could use regular yogurt
COCONUT OIL - you could use flax seed oil or leave it out all together
ACAI - you could use another 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries
BLUEBERRIES - you could use any other berry
PROTEIN POWDER- you could use any you like
