it's not my birthday today....
but it will be my birthday on Monday.
Yes, July 9th is that day I celebrate my birthday.
It's not as exciting as when I was 7 and couldn't wait to be 8.
It's not as fun as when I had a hula themed party when I was about 6.
It always feels like everyone is doing something so fun for their birthdays..and that mine is never as fun as what everyone else does.
I have no idea what I should do for my birthday...I'm not really sure if anything sounds fun.

I have no idea what might sound fun. I know my dad would want me to do something fun...but the idea that I won't hear his voicemail, he'd always leave me before I woke up, singing his special birthday song for me to wake up to, on my birthday...just makes my heart long for that even more.
I have absolutely no ideas for my birthday on monday. I'm thankful I'm alive to be older. I'm so thankful for all God's blessings in my life...
I'm sure not matter what I end up doing I'll blog about it! ha ha ha
