What do Lady Gaga, Hello Kitty & the Prom have in common?

well, all these things have sort of been a part of my day....

I have edited this video until 2am and thought I'd have it finished to upload today.....I am still not done! It's gonna be a good one...it's one of my favorite and most requested looks of all time!

now what about lady gaga:

I talked to Billy Brasfield, Lady Gaga's make-up artist (who did the make up for her recent, Born This Way video), on the phone this morning...

not only is he a brilliant make-up artist who I've admired for years and years...but he was named in Kevyn Aucoin's book Making Faces, as one of the make-up artists that inspired and taught him!

 He is so talented and his story is even more amazing...totally self-taught, from a small town, didn't have any experience....but he did have determination...and that's what has taken him to the top...being sought after by the world's a-list celebs, fashion designers, magazines and photographers...

I love him even more after talking to him and hearing his story...and how he dealt with people that were mean to him, is from a small town, never went to school for make-up, worked hard...and let his determination conquer everything! I heart you Billy B...

now back to packing...

it's supposed to be hot...and NO I am not going to be wearing those shorts without leggings underneath! ha ha ha....my legs will be lucky to see the sunshine this year...ha ha ha
