Oh...and I just got word from Crown Brushes..that all the orders will be processed by the end of this week. They got overwhelmed with orders and were closed for the holidays...but they are working really hard to get back to everyone and finish processing orders and shipping brushes out.
I don't work for Crown or have any answers to all the ordering questions...I'm just trying to help...if you have any questions about your order or shipping or discounts...please email them...I have no way of helping or finding anything out about anyone's orders...

i got mine todayyy :D but ,m they sent me the wrong color but eh by the time i wait for the right ones it be too much lol. i think ill just keep these. they also sent them to my house when i put the address of my work. weird :p

I'm still waiting on mines. It's currently processing and I just got an email from them that something is wrong with my choice of payment. In the email I've got only 10 days before my order gets discarded. (Noo!) I really want these brushes. I tried sending a reply but got a mailer-daemon response saying their email box is full. Is there another way, maybe a phone number, that I can reach them and resolve this issue before I never get my brushes? (Help!)

Kandee you are so awesome for sharing that awesome deal with us. i got my brushes right before the new year & I love them. I've used them every day and I can totally tell that using quality brushes definitely makes the makeup look better. They are amazing!!!

I just got my brushes yesterday and was impressed, but upset...
My foundation brush wasn't there! The wrapper was still in the bag but the brush was missing!
I double checked the package to make sure it couldn't have fallen out somehow...
I sent an email to them yesterday, I really hope they get back to me...I was looking forward to that foundation brush!
I was so excited when I ordered my brush set on Dec. 21st! But that excitement soon turned to frustration! :( About a week after placing the order (when I was already checking my mailbox obsessively-expecting to see them, ha ha) I received an email from crown saying that they could not process my order because of my card information. But when I called my card provider they said there was no record of crown ever even running my card! Ugh! And anytime I call them, I just get a recording. And when I send an email it comes back because their inbox is full. I'm just hoping they will still honor the kandee coupon, since its expired now... I really want my brush set! :(

OMGGGGGGGGG!!!!! I cant not believe it I never win anything lol. I was in bed actually and checked my eamil on my phone one last time, and saw a email from Kandee. I LOVE her so I opened it right away, saw big winner was being mentioned and I thought so cool scrolled down saw my name and I couldnt believe it. I woke up my hubby he wasnt as excited but I AM!!!

Oh my gosh, the same thing is happening to me, i received an email about my card not working, and when i tried to email them back it said the inbox was full. :\ I really want these brushes, and i hope they still honor the Promo Code. :( WTHeck is going on?!

kicked myself today.. i waited till the last minute to try to buy the brush set.. when i got to the site it had expired..today i went on my first trip to the mac store.. the lady was kinda rude and wanted to charge me 39 bucks just for the foundation brush.. kick kick kick..
I received my brushes and brush kit yesterday. They are awesome! I got the bronze kit and then several individual brushes....including several that are a total dupe for the Mac 217. I have 3 of the 217's, so was thrilled to get more for such an amazing price. Thanks for the info Kandee!!!!!

I got mine in yesterday after placing my order on the. 27th. I did my full makeup routine using theses brushes and i looooove them! Kandee was not lying when she said these were awesome because in fact my boyfriend Kenneth noticed a difference! He said it look very natural and can tell they worked great because they truly worked amazing! Thank you kandee for sharing this with us all.

Kandee-I need your help. I bought L'Oreal's Voluminous Carbon Black mascara (waterproof). I love it, however, it smudges above my left upper lid. Makes me so mad and I was wondering if there was anything I could put on my eyes (powder, certain type of shadow) to combat this problem. :-) Thanks for your help and have a great day!

Hi Kandee, just got my brushes today! They are awesome. Went back to previous videos where you explained what each brush was for but they have been removed. Please put this back up or do another brush explanation. I'm not sure what each brush is designed for. Help, please. :)
I am super bummed. I ordered the 620 set from Crown and got two Chisel Blush brushes instead of one Chisel Blush and one Angel Blush brush in my set. Also one of the two Chisel Blush Brushes look like it has a bunch of little hooks at the ends of the hair like they were cut wrong. Poor quality on that one. I also got a small round angle Blending brush instead of the Angel Blending brush. There is a difference between the two. The one I got is cool, Ha ha but I really wanted the one that comes with the set. I have contacted them via email since I can't get through to them via the phone. No one picks up (they must be super BUSY.) I hope they call back soon cause the other brushes I got are GREAT quality and I want to use them so badly but can't till I know if I need to send the set back to get the right ones. Has anyone else encountered this with Crown before? I need help.
Persistence won. I was able to get a hold of a person at Crown Brush today and they are replacing my bad order no other questions other than whats the problem. Ha ha other than taking a couple of emails and a couple phone calls they were great to deal with and are very accommodating. I will buy more form them soon.

I was working like crazy for 3 weeks so only read my e-mails till the 30th.
I wisked off a e-mail to the sales team that very day. I'm in England well one of it's Islands anyway so I expect things to take longer but has any other Brits not had even an e-mail response yet?

im very very sad. i´ve ordered the brushes on 17. 12. and i still haven´t got my set..i even paid the full price, without the kandee discount!!! ....but no brushes so far. im really upset. i wrote them. after the 4th email, they answered, i have to wait....very strange. oh, im from germany!....what can i do now???
The brushes are great! The only thing is that the bag it came with smelled so bad. It actually smelled really toxic! I don't know what it is but it smelled up my bedroom! Did anyone else experience this horrible strong smell from the makeup bag?
