Lakewood, I love it!! I was there today and the service was so powerful.. you remind me so much of Joel Osteen, both of you are always encouraging people and always looking at the good in people. Y'all are an example to me! Everytime I listen to him preach, I feel better. Everytime I see your video, I feel better! I thank God for people like you :)

He is a precious man of God and always encourages people to dream BIG dreams and believe that God has planted those dreams in your heart and will bring them to pass as you trust in Him. Hey Kandee....you are a sweetheart...I think you must be the most transparent / genuine girl on youtube......and you're super encouraging!
with that...I guess I would say yeah, Joel Osteen is encouraging too....for sure.......but it makes me sad that he gets the gospel wrong. :(
Jesus came and loved us enough to die for us, and he has said "take up your cross and follow me".....
the cross is a place where one dies. we die to ourselves, our fleshly and earthly desires - since we know that eternal joys await those who live for Christ now. What temporary joy there is in material that moths eat and rust rots away.....we are aging and will be standing before a Holy God in a short 80 years or so......so who would put their hope in such temporal things?????

Health wealth and prosperity are not Jesus' message. Since He said "it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom"
Jesus' actual message is that we are all under the curse of sin....he died so to save us from the just wrath of God.....not to save us from our circumstances.....
Sorry if I sound super preachy....I tend to sometimes....(you can borrow my soapbox if you ever need to!!) :P
